Terms & Conditions — jl789 Online Gaming Platform

§1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a jl789 account and is accessing the Platform's services.

§2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jl789 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with jl789's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jl789 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

§3 Eligibility

4. Single Account: You may only hold one (1) active jl789 Account. Registering multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether imposed through jl789's own responsible gaming tools or through PAGCOR's regulatory channels — at the time of registration or at any time during your use of the Platform.

§4 Account Registration

To access jl789's gaming services, you are required to create an Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. When registering, you agree to:

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period requested by jl789 may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance.

§5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jl789 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or authentication codes issued to your registered mobile number. jl789 strongly recommends:

• Using a unique, strong password not shared with any other platform;
• Enabling two-factor authentication where available;
• Not accessing jl789 on shared or public devices;
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly on mobile devices used by multiple persons.

jl789 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported to jl789 support immediately via the live chat function available at jl789.bio. Upon receipt of a credible security report, jl789 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation.

§6 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your jl789 Wallet must be made using payment methods supported by the Platform and registered in your own name. jl789 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Supported deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, and other methods as published on the Platform from time to time.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction;
• Maximum deposit: Subject to individual account limits set during KYC review and applicable PAGCOR transaction thresholds;
• Currency: All deposits are accepted and held in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱);
• Processing time: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to the jl789 Wallet in real time or within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours depending on the sending institution.

§7 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available Wallet balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be in good standing with no active investigations or compliance holds;
• KYC verification must be completed to the satisfaction of jl789 for withdrawals above PAGCOR-defined thresholds;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name — jl789 does not process third-party withdrawals;

• Bonuses are available only to Players who satisfy the eligibility requirements in Section 3 of these Terms;
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (rollover multiplier) that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered;
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirement completion;

§10 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one Account, or registering under false or another person's identity;

• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors for financial gain — any such gains are voidable at jl789's discretion;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, or using jl789 as a vehicle for money laundering in any form;
• Charging back deposits made via credit card or initiating fraudulent payment disputes;
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your jl789 Account to any third party;
• Accessing jl789 while subject to a self-exclusion order or while under 21 years of age;
• Systematically staking across multiple outcomes or markets in a manner that constitutes arbitrage or guaranteed-profit wagering in breach of sports betting market integrity rules.

§11 Responsible Gaming

This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of jl789's intellectual property will result in immediate Account suspension and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines.

§13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl789 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, or scheduled maintenance;
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing by GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banking institutions;

jl789's total liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the value of the relevant Player's Wallet balance at the time the claim arose. §14 Termination & Suspension

jl789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player is under 21 years of age or ineligible under Section 3;
• The Account is subject to a compliance, fraud, or money laundering investigation;
• jl789 is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• The Player requests Account closure voluntarily.

Upon Account closure, jl789 will return any verified, unencumbered Wallet balance to the Player's registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and the deduction of any amounts owed to jl789 under these Terms. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

§15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

§16 Amendments to These Terms

jl789 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they materially affect Players' rights or obligations — jl789 will provide advance notice of no less than 14 days via a prominent in-Platform notice or by email to the Player's registered address.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by changes in PAGCOR regulations — may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

The current version of these Terms, with the effective date displayed at the top of this page, constitutes the operative agreement between jl789 and all registered Players. Players who do not accept any amended Terms must cease using the Platform and may close their Account in accordance with Section 14.
